UAlbany Forum to Address Financial Crisis, Economic Slowdown
What: The Alumni Association recognizes these are difficult financial times. In light of today's economy, alumni are invited to attend a UAlbany forum on Oct. 27, "The Financial Crisis: Causes and Consequences," designed to discuss and answer questions about the country's economic slowdown. The forum will cover the crisis' affect on the banking industry and New York State's economy through presentations and a panel discussion with faculty and financial industry leaders. The event is co-sponsored by the University at Albany's Finance and Economics Departments and the Center for Institutional Investment Management.
